Von der Leyen completes working visit to Azerbaijan

European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen completed her working visit to Azerbaijan on July 2. 

An honour guard was lined up at Heydar Aliyev International Airport, where she was seen off by Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and other officials.

The visit came as the European Union and Azerbaijan discussed deepening cooperation in areas including trade, transport, energy and the economy.
