Azerbaijan recalls ambassador to Italy

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree recalling Rashad Aslanov from his post as Azerbaijan’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Italy.

Under the decree, Aslanov has also been relieved of his duties as Azerbaijan’s ambassador to Malta and San Marino, as well as Permanent Representative to the U.N. Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), the World Food Programme (WFP), and the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD).
