Pashinyan plans contacts with Aliyev

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced that he plans to have contacts with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Russian President Vladimir Putin on the sidelines of the upcoming CIS Summit in Turkmenistan.
