According to the president's press service, the Ukrainian delegation met with First Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Yaqub Eyyubov, Head of the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan Ramiz Mehdiyev and First Deputy of the Chairman of Parliament Ziyafat Asgarov.

"The parties discussed preparations to hold a regular session of the Intergovernmental Ukrainian-Azerbaijani Commission on Economic Cooperation in Baku. It will be the main preparatory event for the official visit of the Ukrainian President to Azerbaijan that will be held

approximately in the first half of 2016," reads the report.

During the meeting, the parties confirmed readiness to intensify political dialogue at the highest levels, and agreed upon the algorithm of joint bilateral activities for the near future.
