Russian President Vladimir Putin has spoken with his Azerbaijani counterpart Ilham Aliyev on the phone.
"The further development of bilateral relations was discussed. The situation surrounding the coronavirus pandemic and measures toward containing the infection were touched upon," the Kremlin press service said on Thursday.
