Azerbaijan’s economy expands 5.6% in Jan-July

Azerbaijan’s gross domestic product rose by 5.6 percent in the first seven months of 2015 from a year earlier to 32.1 billion manat ($30.5 billion), according to the State Statistics Committee.
The non-oil economy expanded by 9 percent, the committee said on its website.
The share of the non-oil industries in GDB fell to 57.5 percent from 68 percent.
