Ilham Aliyev allocates AZN 15mln

President of Azerbaijan has signed a decree on state support to improved cattle breeding.

According to News.Az, a subsidy in the amount of AZN 100 was set to cattle owners for each cattle, bred through artificial incemination for the further iprovement of provision of population with cattle breeding products, raising the number of cattle with highly productive genetic material and increasing interest to this sphere.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan is empowered to define the order of providing subsidies within a period of two months.

The head of state also allocated AZN 15 mln from the Reserve Fund of the President of Azerbaijan for the import of big cattle to the country and its sale through leasing with 50% discount to agricultural producers engaged in cattle breeding.
