Azerbaijan’s Socar cuts Jan.-Sept. oil production y/y

Azerbaijan’s state energy company SOCAR produced 6.2 million tons of crude oil in the first nine months of 2015, down from 6.3 million tons in the year-earlier period, Energy Minister Natiq Aliyev told Respublika daily.

The company beat the production target by 0.1 percent during the period, Aliyev said.
