SOCAR says $2.1 bln invested in STAR so far

$2.1 bln has been invested in construction works of STAR Oil refinery in Turkey, head of SOCAR-Turkey Energy Kenan Yavuz said.

According to him, 35% of construction work has already been carried out.

The construction work is planned to be completed in March 2018.
