State Oil Fund holds seminar for local journalists

The State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) held a two-day seminar for local journalists on asset management and investments.
The seminar was to enhance the knowledge of journalists covering SOFAZ on the fund's investment policies and activities.
During the seminar, SOFAZ executives gave presentations about sovereign wealth funds, budget and projects, investments, investment procedures and post-investment processes with exemples from SOFAZ.
The journalists toured the fund’s administrative building, including the investment department.
More than 30 journalists participated in the seminar. All the participants were awarded with certificates of attendance at the end of the seminar.
