Three SOCAR workers missing after storm hits Oil Rocks in Caspian

Strong winds destroyed part of a platform at the Oil Rocks deposit in the Caspian Sea, the state energy company SOCAR said.

Three workers went missing as the winds tore apart a residential structure, the company said.

The Ministry of Emergencies started a search and rescue operation.
