Azerbaijan sends humanitarian aid to Tajikistan
Azerbaijan has sent humanitarian aid to Tajikistan, which was hit by a strong earthquake on Dec. 7, the Ministry of Emergencies said.
The humanitarian aid worth 800,000 manat was delivered on Dec. 27 on orders by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.
A ferry carrying 9.5 tons of sugar, 15 tons of rice, 3 tons of tea, over 16 tons of vegetable oil, 19 tons of flour, etc. shipped the aid via the Caspian Sea.
