SOCAR Turkey seeks BSTDB loan to buy TANAP equity

The Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB) is ready to support SOCAR Turkey Energy to acquire 7% equity in Trans Anatolian Pipeline (TANAP), the bank said on its website.

The lender said it may support acquisition of 7% equity by SOCAR Turkey Energy in TANAP and is ready to look into the proposal. 
 
The bank also said it is ready to restructure loans aloocated to the company earlier.
 
SOCAR Turkey Energy intends to get 7% equity from SOCAR, which has 58% of TANAP.
