Azerbaijan revises 2016 budget with oil at $25/barrel

Azerbaijan's revised budget for this year will be based on an average oil price of $25 per barrel, down from an originally budgeted $50, Finance Minister Samir Sharifov said on Thursday.

Sharifov said $25 will probably be the bottom of the oil price plunge.
