Carole Crofts appointed UK ambassador to Azerbaijan

Dr Carole Crofts has been appointed UK ambassador to Azerbaijan in succession to Mr Irfan Siddiq OBE, who will be transferring to another diplomatic service appointment, the embassy said.

Dr Crofts will take up her appointment in May.
