Central banker says no more devaluation expected in Azerbaijan

Central Bank Governor Elman Rustamov has dismissed as "groundless" claims that the manat will be devalued against the dollar for a third time next month.
The national currency strengthened against the dollar in the past few weeks as crude oil prices remained stable, Rustamov told reporters in Baku on Friday.
The situation with the balance of payments has also improved, he said.
