SOFAZ Tower rated Good by BREEAM

BREEAM Assessments was established in 1990 and since that time is globally recognized as an official assessment standards for projects and constructions. Assessments of the projects and constructions are performed based on following technical standards: masterplanning, new construction, in-use international, refurbishment and fit-out. New Construction version can be applied to shell, shell and core, and fully-fitted building projects.

Achievement of BREEAM award was one of the goals set during the construction of SOFAZ Tower, opening ceremony of which was held on December 29, 2014 with participation of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev. As a result of meeting all the necessary requirements, SOFAZ Tower was rated Good after the assessments performed based on the new construction fully-fitted methodology.

26 storied building includes two underground floors for parking, three floors above the ground called "podium”, 18 open space office floors including executive director’s floor, 3 technical floors, library, museum, conference hall for 200 guests, meeting rooms, canteen and etc.
