Voter turnout at constitutional referendum in Azerbaijan reaches 69.7%

The voter turnout at the constitutional referendum in Azerbaijan stood at 69.7 percent, chairman of the Central Election Commission (CEC) Mazahir Panakhov said on Tuesday.


"The number of people taking part in the referendum reached 3,671,707," Panakhov said.
