State Committee: Underage Nuray experienced serious stress in the incident

"The Committee considers that the continuation of the court verdict in the current situation is not good for
Nuray ,” the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs said in a statement about
Nuray
Bayramzade , an underage girl whose videos were shared on social network showing her cry as she was being forcefully taken away from her aunt to be given to her father upon the court verdict.
The Committee sent a delegation to Guba district to meet the girl and her relatives, APA reported.
During the talk, the little girl insisted that she wants to live with her aunt, who she was referring to as "mom.”Nuray’s aunt, Mehriban Eldarova, said the girl’s father had left
Nuray while she was an infant and never cared for her, noting that this is the reason she appealed to
court in order for
Nuray to stay with her.
On December 7 last year,Nuray had
emotional breakdown when an attempt was made to separate her from her aunt at the Guba district executive department. Guba Central Hospital said in a written statement that such a change of lifestyle will have a negative impact on
Nuray’s psychological and emotional health.
Based on the fact, the Committee thinks the continuation of the court verdict in the current situation is not good forNuray .
"Under no circumstances should the execution of verdicts harm children’s life and upbringing. The Committee has contacted the Ministry of Justice. The Ministry said is investigating the fact and will take legal action upon the result,” says the Committee.
