Entities registered in 17 offshore zones can’t by shares in Azerbaijan

The Cabinet of Ministers has approved the "List of offshore zones where entities that can’t hold shares of entities licensed in securities market are registered in”.  
 
APA reports that the list includes 17 offshore zones: Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Aruba, Commonwealth of the Bahamas, Belize, Cook Islands, Grenada, Republic of the Maldives, Republic of Nauru, Netherlands Antilles, Panama, Samoa, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Seychelles, Turks and Caicos Islands, Vanuatu and the United States Virgin Islands.
