The Turkish subsidiary of State Oil Company of the Azerbaijani Republic (SOCAR), SOCAR Turkiye Enerji, plans to conduct an IPO after 2020, SOCAR Turkiye Enerji chief Zaur Gahramanov said in an interview with the Turkish newspaper Dunya.

"Our goal is to conduct an IPO on international markets immediately following the completion of major investments in Turkey by the end of 2020. Along with the Istanbul exchange, this might be the London or Hong Kong exchanges. We will decide based on the situation," Gahramanov said.

SOCAR and subsidiaries control 87% of SOCAR Turkiye Enerji. The rest are held by third-party investors.
