Azeri central bank cuts refinancing rate to 13 from 15 percent

Azerbaijan's central bank has cut refinancing rate to 13 from 15 percent, Elman Rustamov, the head of the central bank, said on Monday.
   
The Azeri central bank believes that further cuts of the key rate are possible due to positive changes in the economy, according to Rustamov.
