Cabinet of Ministers decides on second phase of resettlement from Sovetski area of Baku

Yasamal District Executive Power will buy the 2010 residential and non-residential properties for public needs.
The Cabinet of Ministers had a decision on "Determining the State's need for land acquisition and defining the state body to acquire the land,” APA reports.
 
According to the decision, in the territory of Yasamal district of Baku, in accordance with the General Plan of Baku city, the Executive Authority of Yasamal District of Baku has been identified as the body to buy 2010 residential and non-residential properties in the area of Nariman Narimanov, Ismayilbay Gutgashinli, Bashir Safaroglu, Mirzaga Aliyev, Nabat Ashurbeyova, Suleyman Tagizade, Abdulla Shaig and Chingiz Mustafayev streets for the state needs in order to construct public communication lines.
 
 
Baku city Yasamal District Executive Power was instructed to carry out preparatory measures for the procurement of these premises for public needs in accordance with the requirements of the Law "On Land Acquisition for State Needs" and submit proposals to the Cabinet of Ministers. 
 
These streets are included in the territory of the "Sovetski” area of Yasamal district and cover the second phase of relocation from the territory.
