Azerbaijani bank plans to increase authorized capital

Shareholders of Azerbaijan’s Bank Respublika OJSC will discuss increasing its authorized capital, the bank said in a message Feb. 28.

Discussions will be held as part of the extraordinary general meeting of the bank’s shareholders to be held March 30, 2018 in the bank’s head office.

The authorized capital is planned to be increased by issuing new shares.
