Bulgarian Foreign Minister: Azerbaijan will supply 1 billion cubic meters of gas

Azerbaijan will supply gas in the amount of 1 billion cubic meters to Bulgaria as part of the Southern Gas Corridor (SGC) project, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Bulgaria Ekaterina Zakharieva said at the press conference following a meeting with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov.

"We are cooperating under a strategic partnership agreement. We have a common view on the development of the region, in particular, we discussed issues of cooperation in the Caspian Sea. Azerbaijan will supply us with 1 billion cubic meters of gas within the SGC," she said.
