"The co-chairs offered us questions for discussion. Unfortunately, we again discussed the settlement issue for more than three hours. The positive moment of this meeting was that the mediators gave us proposals for discussion. Are these new or old documents? We have been discussing them for the past 15 years. In Washington, co-chairs proposed the withdrawal of troops and the deployment of peacekeepers. But we need to work on this issue," said Mammadyarov.
