Nar made a surprise for schoolchildren on Knowledge Day

Paying special attention to the development of science and education, Nar realized another successful social project on the occasion of September 15 – the Knowledge Day. This time, the mobile operator brought joy to the village schoolchildren. Nar provided all necessary school supplies to the 1st grade students of the school located in the Tazakand village of Jalilabad region. This includes school bags, notebooks, colored pencils and other stationery that students will use during the school year. Thus, the mobile operator tried to motivate the children, who are going to school for the first time.

The arrival of Nar also caused joy for the children and added even more fun to their celebration. The children enjoyed the presents very much. They promised that they will successfully complete the academic year and become worthy citizens of our country and the best experts in their profession in the future.

Note that this is a second visit of Nar to this school located in Tazakand village of Jalilabad region. On April 23 on International Book Day the mobile operator donated more than 500 books and modern computers for accessing the electronic libraries to the school library.

Head of Public Relations Department of ‘Azerfon’ Aziz Akhundov said that promotion of science and education is one of the most important areas of Nar's social projects: "A few months ago, when we donated books to this school, the joy and excitement of children brought us here again. Our goal is to make children who are just starting school feel the attention and care of Nar. We believe that our support will make the children more interested in education and will contribute to the development of our society by gaining a higher education in the future”.

The principal of the school, Valeh Niftiyev, said that these gifts will encourage the children to have better grades: "Some of our schoolchildren are from families who had difficulty getting these supplies. It was a great gift for them. Earlier, the books Nar provided for our library increased the children’s interest in reading. These gifts are of great value for us and we are very grateful to Nar”.
