Shah Deniz gas exports soar 19.5% in 7M

Gas exports under Azerbaijan's Shah Deniz project rose 19.5% year-on-year in January-July 2020 to 6.94 billion cubic meters, the Azerbaijani State Statistics Committee told Interfax.

These exports accounted for 38.9% of all gas exported by trunk pipelines in the period.

Overall, Azerbaijan's trunk pipelines carried 17.83 bcm of gas in January-July, up 11.5% year-on-year.
