Ilham Aliyev: Bayraktar TB2 instilled terror in enemy

The use of the Bayraktar TB2 drones greatly helped Azerbaijan in the conduct of hostilities during the Second Karabakh war, supporting the advance of the Armed Forces and taking new positions, as well as minimizing losses, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said in an exclusive interview with the National Defense magazine.

"During the war, we destroyed and also took as trophies 366 tanks, destroyed a huge number of other armored vehicles and artillery pieces. Bayraktar TB2 instilled terror in the enemy, so we captured many tanks not even in the battle. Armenian crews moved to some positions, then jumped out of tanks and ran away, as they were afraid of Bayraktar TB2,” the head of state said.
