Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu discussed the situation in Karabakh with OSCE Secretary General Helga Schmidt, Report informs, citing the minister's Twitter page.

"We have discussed the situation in Afghanistan, Karabakh and Ukraine with OSCE Secretary-General Helga Maria Schmid,” Cavusoglu tweeted.
