Land Transport Agency created in Azerbaijan

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on measures to improve management in the field of road transport.

Report informs that the decree rules on creating 'Azerbaijan Land Transport Agency' public legal entity under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The aim is to improve the management, regulation, and control mechanisms in the field of road transport, increase the quality of services provided for the transportation of passengers and goods by road, organize international and domestic passenger and freight transport in line with international requirements.
