Defense Ministry explains cause of explosions in Azerbaijan's west

Units of the Engineering and Fortification Troops of the Azerbaijani Army dispose of expired and unusable mines at the Seyfali training range, Report informs, citing the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry.
"We urge the population not to be alarmed by the explosion sounds and say there is no ground for concern,” the ministry said.
Explosions were heard in Ganja during the disposal of mines.
