Minister: Mine maps provided by Armenia are not accurate

Today, the Azerbaijani Army is among the strongest in the world, Emergency Situations Minister of Azerbaijan Kamaladdin Heydarov told journalists.

He stressed that Azerbaijan is a state that has restored its territories.

"These were not achieved in a day or two. This victory is a great victory. Victorious people, the Victorious Supreme Commander-in-Chief are not simple words. A brutal occupation was ended within 44 days. The atrocities they committed in the 1990s are now being exposed. The mine maps they provide are also inaccurate,” Heydarov said.

"Construction work is now underway in the liberated areas. On the instructions of President Ilham Aliyev, a demining regiment has been set up, necessary equipment has been purchased and special dogs have been trained. These territories have been the land of Azerbaijan for thousands of years,” the minister added.
