Putin congratulates Ilham Aliyev

Russian President Vladimir Putin has congratulated Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on his 60th birthday.

The congratulatory message reads:

"Dear Ilham Heydarovich,

"You enjoy well-deserved prestige among compatriots and in the international arena as a wise and experienced statesman, capable of making balanced, far-sighted decisions even in the most challenging situations.
