Azerigaz posts increase of 102 million cubic meters in natural gas receipt
Azerigaz received 1,183 million cubic meters of gas in January, 2022, General Director of Azerigaz PU of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) Ruslan Aliyev said today during the Open Doors action.
According to him, this is 102 million cubic meters more than in January 2021. Aliyev noted that 9 million cubic meters more natural gas was supplied to the population through the distribution network.
He also stressed that gas losses decreased by 2.5 percentage points - from 8.8% in January last year to 6.3% in January this year.
