Podolyak says Ukraine ready for talks on neutral status

Ukraine is ready to discuss the neutral status with Russia, but it must get security guarantees, Mykhaylo Podolyak, an adviser to Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky, said in a statement, reported from RBK.
"Ukraine always left and leaves space for talks, including now when Russia launched a full-fledged invasion. This war must be ended. These hostilities must be stopped," Podolyak said.
"We heard from Moscow today that they want a dialogue. If they want to speak about a neutral status, we are not afraid of such discussions. The issue is who and how can guarantee Ukraine's security and fulfillment of agreements by the guarantors," Podolyak said.
