Gas prices in Europe exceed $1,200

Gas prices in Europe, after falling since last week, rose on March 17 auctions, slightly exceeding $1,200 per 1,000 cubic meters, reported from the London Stock Exchange ICE.

April futures on the index of the largest European hub TTF opened the trading session at almost $1,230. Then the prices accelerated the pace of growth. So far, the highest price is $1,267.8, which is 8% above March 16 settlement price of $1,167.2.
