Azerbaijan's capital, Baku, will be mostly dry on October 21, according to the weather forecast department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources. Rains are possible in some areas.

Temperatures will drop 10 - 12°C and will range between 7°C  and 10°C at night and 15°C  and  19° C in the daytime.South-west winds will blow. Bakudaily.Az
