Poland refuses to pay for Russian gas in rubles

Poland's state gas company PGNiG rejected Moscow's demand to pay for Russian gas, which requires the mandatory conversion in rubles.

The company said in a statement that, according to Gazprom's notification, Russian gas supplies to the country will be suspended from 10:00 am Baku time on April 27.
