Russian gas transit through Ukraine may reach 44.3 mcm

The transit of Russian gas through the territory of Ukraine on May 26 may amount to about 44.3 million cubic meters per day, reported from TASS.

There are no nominations for gas transit from Russia for May 26 through the Sohranivka gas distribution station, and through the Sudzha station they amount to 44.3 million cubic meters - at the level of the previous day.

At the moment, Gazprom supplies gas to Europe in transit through Ukraine through the Sudzha gas measuring station, and applications for pumping through Sohranivka are rejected by the Ukrainian side.

At the maximum, applications from Europe reached 109.6 million cubic meters in early March.
