Gas prices in Europe drop below $1,570 per 1,000 cubic meters

The exchange prices for gas in Europe slightly decreased, reported from London's ICE.

Since the beginning of trading, the cost of futures for gas delivery in November has decreased by 0.9%, to just below $1,560 per thousand cubic meters. Then it stopped at $1,568.4 (-0.3%). The dynamics is given from the settlement price of Tuesday, the previous trading day which was at $1,572.5 per thousand cubic meters.

Current gas prices are several times higher than last year, when gas prices were already at record levels.
