Azerbaijan Defense Ministry: 'Armenia concentrating additional personnel, artillery installations on border'

"In the second half of October 16, we observed the concentration of additional personnel with military vehicles and four artillery units of the Armenian armed forces to their positions opposite the units of the Azerbaijani Army located in the direction of Dashkasan," reported from the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry.

The ministry said that the entire responsibility for the tension that may arise in the region lies with Armenia's military and political leadership.
