Charles Michel: EU leaders reach agreement on energy crisis

Leaders of 27 European Union (EU) countries have reached an agreement on measures to combat the energy crisis, Charles Michel, the President of the European Council, wrote on a social network. 

"EUCO has reached an agreement on energy,” he tweeted.
