Azerbaijan's capital, Baku, will be mostly dry on September 26, according to the weather forecast department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources. Rain is expected in some areas.

Temperatures will change between 13°C  and 18°C at night and 22°C  and  27° C in the daytime.Strong north-west winds will blow. Bakudaily.Az
