On November 15, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev arrived on a state visit to Albania.
A guard of honor lined up for the President at the Tirana International Airport, decorated by the state flags of the two countries.
The head of state was welcomed by the Deputy Prime Minister of Albania, Minister of Infrastructure and Energy Belinda Ballukuand other officials.
