Baku to host exhibition dedicated to Japanese sushi

Baku will host an exhibition dedicated to Japanese sushi, reported from the Japanese Embassy in Azerbaijan.

The world exhibition "I love sushi” will be held January 14-22 at the Stone Chronicle Museum.

Sushi plays a key role in Japanese cuisine. The dish is included in the UNESCO Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, and sushi is loved and recognized in many countries for its beauty and taste as a healthy food.
