Exchange gas prices in Europe up 7%

European gas futures rose 7% on Monday, according to the data from London's ICE.

July (nearest) futures on the TTF index (the largest hub in Europe located in the Netherlands) opened trading at $265.5 per thousand cubic meters (+0.8%). Then they went up to $281.6 (+7%).

The dynamics of quotations is based on the settlement price of the previous trading day - $263.3 per thousand cubic meters.
