Europe sees slight drop in gas prices

Exchange prices for gas in Europe fell by about 0.7% after the opening of trading on Monday, reported from London's ICE.

August (nearest) futures on the TTF index (the largest hub in Europe, located in the Netherlands) opened trading at $349.3 (-0.4%). Further, the cost fell to $348.1 (-0.7%).

The dynamics of quotations are based on the settlement price of the previous trading day - $350.7 per thousand cubic meters.
