Birbank Student Scholarship Program Winners Announced

The Azerbaijan’s first bank, Kapital Bank, is deeply committed to fostering education and nurturing future professionals. In a recent initiative, the bank introduced the Birbank Scholarship Program for students. Among the 3,000 highly motivated applicants, only 15 outstanding individuals were chosen and honored as Birbank Scholars. These exceptional students, hailing from 8 different universities across the country, will receive a monthly scholarship of 300 manats. The scholarship recipients pursue diverse fields of study, ranging from computer science and information technology to finance, law, economics, and more.

The program not only offers a monthly stipend but also opens doors for students to engage in valuable internships at Kapital Bank and participate in enriching training events. It is important to highlight that this opportunity is extended to exceptionally talented individuals in their third year of study, with an impressive entrance score of 550 or above, coupled with an academic average of 81 or higher. The selection process involved several steps, including filling out an online application, completing group assignments, taking exams and facing a comprehensive interview. Those students who successfully completed all these stages received the honorary title of Birbank Scholar.

Kapital Bank has been cooperating with various educational institutions, supporting and participating in many educational projects in the country. A striking proof of this is participation in such projects as International Educational Fair, Republican School Olympiad, "Teach for Azerbaijan”, "Education Bus”, participation in the projects with "Sabah” Groups, as well as cooperation with Azerbaijan State University of Economics, Baku Engineering University, ADA University and other organizations. In the near future, Kapital Bank is planning to hold and participate in new educational projects.
