Intense snow expected in some parts of Baku tomorrow

Occasional sleet and snow are expected in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula tomorrow, reported from the National Hydrometeorological Service of Azerbaijan.

It is likely to be intense in some parts of the peninsula at night and in the morning. It will gradually stop in the evening. Moderate northwest wind will increase occasionally.

The temperature will be -1 - +2 C. Atmospheric pressure will reach 771 mm Hg. Relative humidity will be 70-80%.

On January 23, it is expected to be wet in districts of Azerbaijan. Snow is possible in some districts. It is likely to be intense in some places. There will be occasional fog. The east wind will strengthen occasionally.

The temperature will be -2 - -6 C at night, -2 - +3 C in the daytime.

In the highlands, it will be -17 - -12 C at night, and -10 - -5 C in the daytime.

Some roads are likely to be covered with ice at night and in the morning.
